Purchases.  In order to purchase services from us, you must provide us with certain contact and demographic information. You acknowledge that this information is personal to you, and by creating an account with the Website, you allow others, including LOLA WINES, to identify you.

Support.  We may also ask you to provide information to us so that we can provide support to you in connection with your use of the Website.

The use of Tracking Technologies by Third Party Advertising Website Providers is within their control and not ours. Even if we have a relationship with the Third Party Advertising Website Provider, we do not control their web sites, services or their policies and practices regarding your information and you should be aware that different rules might apply to the collection, use or disclosure of your Information by third parties in connection with their advertisements or promotions and other sites you encounter on the Internet. This Privacy Policy does not cover any use of information that a Third Party Advertising Website Provider may directly collect from you. Use of Third Party Advertising Website Providers’ Tracking Technologies is governed by the Third Party Advertising Website Providers’ own specific privacy policies and not this Privacy Policy.

3. Sharing of Non-identifiable Information

Information we collect that is not Personal Information or Personal Information that has been converted to information which cannot be used to identify you is not limited in any way by this Privacy Policy and can be used and disclosed by us in any manner and for any purpose.

Updating your personal information and contacting LOLA WINES

Even after you remove information from your profile or delete your account, copies of that information may remain viewable elsewhere to the extent it has been made generally available or shared with others, or it was copied or stored by other users once you made the information publicly available. We may also retain copies of your information in our archives. However, your name will no longer be associated with that information on the Website. If you have given third party applications or websites access to your information, they may retain your information to the extent permitted under their terms of service or privacy policies. But they will no longer be able to access the information through our Website after you disconnect from them.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is under the age of 21.
